Newtown Park offers athletic and recreational options including walking trails, baseball/softball fields, tennis courts, pickleball courts, senior activities, bocce ball, picnic pavilions, and more. It’s home to the popular Newtown Dog Park, Park Place Senior Center, and the Johns Creek Veterans Memorial Walk.
Newtown Recreation manages the youth recreation programs for Newtown Park. Programs include soccer, flag football, lacrosse, t-ball, baseball, softball, and tennis.
Please Note:
Starting Monday, March 10, 2025, the Cauley Creek Park pickleball courts will have no rentals and have open play time during the following days and times:
- Monday – Friday, 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Newtown Park pickleball courts will have no rentals and instead have open play times during the following days and times:
- Monday – Friday, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The courts will only be used for free play and City-sanctioned pickleball classes during this time. This is to allow more time for free play.
