1% for Art Program seeks to aesthetically enhance Johns Creek and the environment, to enrich the lives of Johns Creek residents, and to encourage the installation of art as an economic driver by encouraging the voluntary installation of works of art where they are visible to the public, including private commercial development. The program guidelines and criteria outlined call for public art projects to reflect the aesthetic, cultural diversity, and social values of the community.
