About the Clubhouse

The Newtown Community Clubhouse is available for birthday parties, meetings, and small gatherings.

The Clubhouse is located at 3125 Old Alabama Road inside Newtown Park, adjacent to Old Alabama Road and the Park Place Senior Center.

Take a tour of the building, which features a meeting room (28ft X 28ft), a restroom, a small room with a sink, microwave, small refrigerator, and an outdoor wood deck (approx. 20ft x 30ft).

Rentals & Reservations

Maximum Occupancy: 30 people

We encourage you to take a virtual tour of the Clubhouse before you make a reservation. If you are using tables/chairs, the facility space becomes limited and may not accommodate the size of your group.

Rental Time

Weekdays (Monday – Thursday):

Minimum 2-hour rental
Your rental start and end time MUST include your set-up and cleanup time

Fees / Deposit

Monday – Thursday Rental Fee:

$30 an hour with a minimum 2-hour rental (Johns Creek residents)
$45 an hour with a minimum 2-hour rental (Non-residents)

Friday/Saturday/Sunday Rentals:

Flat rate of $150 per rental block (resident) or $225 per rental block (non-resident), whether all or portion of rental time is used
No time adjustments allowed
Your rental must fit within the 5-hour time block, including setup and cleanup

Security Deposit

Security Deposit: $100
The City reserves the right to collect a security deposit if needed ($100).
