Due to inclement weather, the 2024 Johns Creek International Festival has been cancelled. After careful assessment of the weather conditions, proceeding with the event is not in the best interest of our vendors, performers, attendees, and staff. The wellbeing and safety of all involved parties remains our top priority, and we believe this is the most responsible course of action under the present conditions. We understand the impact it may have on your plans and expectations, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

A residential/commercial septic system is an on-site tank and leaching field located on a property that is used for treating all the wastewater from your house – including drainage from your dishwasher, washing machine, toilets, showers, and sinks.

It is the responsibility of the property owner to maintain, repair, or replace all components of a septic system so that it will protect the environment and public health.

Poorly functioning or failing septic systems can be a source of water pollution; they can leak sewage into the stormwater which can be carried into rivers, lakes, and streams.

The Clean Water Campaign offers a Homeowner’s Guide to Septic System Maintenance (PDF), highlighting safety tips and answers to frequently asked questions.
