From medians to the right-of-way, Johns Creek prides itself on beautiful landscaping to enhance our community’s curb appeal.

Using Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (TSPLOST) funds, City Council agreed to invest $3.5 million for landscape/streetscape projects in the Johns Creek Town Center area.

Creekside Park Trail

About the Project

The Creekside Park trail serves as a southern gateway into the Town Center. The trail will welcome residents and visitors to travel through the Creekside Park reconstructed wetlands of the South Pond area and then up and around the North Pond before connecting with East Johns Crossing. The approved conceptual design for the 21-acre includes significant streetscape and landscape that will be necessary along the Creekside Trail network.

Town Center Main Street: Lakefield Drive

About the Project

The adopted Town Center Vision and Master Plan re-images Lakefield Drive as a “Main Street” experience to welcome and draw-in visitors and delight residents by showcasing arrival to the Town Center area.

The project would reconstruct Lakefield Drive with a streetscape (trails, lighting, landscaping, and potentially on-street parking) project from Johns Creek Parkway to Johns Creek Parkway as Main Street.
