The City offers the Public Safety Academy for an in-depth look at JCPD and JCFD operations and the policies it follows in setting a high standard for our community.
Get a behind-the-scenes look at the Johns Creek Fire and Police departments by applying for the Johns Creek Public Safety Academy.
The 13-week course will focus on public safety operations, apparatus and tools, safety and on-the-job demonstrations, and more.
The classes will be held on Wednesdays starting May 7, from 6-8 p.m. at City Hall, 11360 Lakefield Drive, Johns Creek, GA 30097.
The academy is open to anyone age 18 and older who lives or works in Johns Creek. Attendees are allowed to miss only three class dates and still graduate.

*Note: There will be two Saturday sessions between weeks 9 & 13. These fire department sessions are for burn building demonstration and water rescue / boat operations. You will be informed of the exact dates in advance.
