The millage rate is a figure applied to the value of your property to calculate your property tax. One “mill” is one dollar of tax on every thousand dollars of assessed value. Your tax dollars are used to fund parks and recreation, transportation improvements, public safety and other important services which make Johns Creek an exceptional place to live and do business.

The Fulton County Board of Assessors is responsible for valuing all real and personal property within Fulton County, including the City of Johns Creek. For more information about property taxes, contact Fulton County at 404-612-6440
