Looking to try something new or you just enjoy working out in a fun outdoor atmosphere, the Outdoor Fitness classes are a great workout. Certified instructors teach these popular classes and all fitness levels are welcome.

Tuesdays, H.I.I.T. at 9 a.m.
Wednesdays, barre at 10:15 a.m.
Thursdays, yoga at 9:30 a.m.
Thursdays, Zumba at 6 p.m.
All classes are one hour. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to sign the class waiver.

All participants must bring their own exercise mat for yoga and bar-less barre.
Yoga moves at a slower pace, improving flexibility, muscle tone, strength, and stress management through stretches, poses, and relaxation techniques.
Bar-less Barre, a ballet-inspired exercise, infuses high energy music with a fun, low-impact, full body workout with the use of light weights and isometric movement followed by stretching sequences to improve posture, balance, and flexibility.

H.I.I.T.: This unique class is a combination of the best of personal training and small group fitness. The class uses Eat the Frog Fitness’ unique Variable Intensity Performance (V.I.P.) training that delivers a 45-minute low-impact, full-body workout appropriate for all ages and fitness levels.
