A community garden is open to residents interested in planting and maintaining a small garden plot. There are two Atlanta-Fulton County Public libraries that serve Johns Creek residents, as well as several arts and cultural offerings. Emory Johns Creek Hospital serves residents and businesses in the City and the North Fulton, south Forsyth County and Gwinnett County region.
