Join us for energizing classes led by certified instructors at Newtown Park and Cauley Creek Park. From Zumba to yoga, these sessions are designed to make staying active accessible, engaging, and fun.
New this spring: Lace up your sneakers for the Walk with a Doc program, where you can take a walk (at your own pace), learn health tips from local healthcare providers and meet new friends. The event, held at Newtown Park, is free and all are welcome.
