Apply now for Homestead Exemptions for 2026

The Fulton County Board of Assessors is now accepting applications for homestead exemptions.

Eligible Johns Creek homeowners 65 and over (and 70 and over for certain exemptions) may qualify for significant reductions in school property taxes. Fulton County offers the opportunity to apply online or in person and county staff will review your info and apply all exemptions for which you qualify.

Additional information on property taxes and homestead exemptions can be found on the City website or by visiting the Fulton County Board of Assessors website.
