Alcohol Beverage License renewals due Nov. 15

Business owners can now renew Alcohol Beverage Licenses online.  Current licenses expire Dec. 31, 2025 and all renewals must be completed by Nov. 15, 2025 to avoid late fees or cancellation of your license.

Online renewals can be completed online through the City of Johns Creek’s Customer Self-Service (CSS) portal, making the process faster and easier.

Important steps:

  1. Log into the Customer Self-Service portal click the Login/Register button to begin your renewal.
  2. Upload a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, or Green Card).
  3. Submit your renewal application and payment by Nov. 15, 2025

Contact the Revenue Division by emailing revenue@johnscreekga.gov or calling 678-512-3242 (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

All licenses must renew their alcohol license by Nov. 15 each year. Failure to renew on or prior to Nov. 15 will subject the licensee to penalties or license
Nov. 16 – Dec. 15Late Renewal Period
Licensees may renew their alcohol license during this late renewal period but will be subject to a penalty of 10% of the original alcohol license.
Dec. 16 and afterNo Renewal License Granted
Alcohol licenses cannot be renewed after Dec. 16 or later. Renewal applications received during this period are to be treated as an initial application. The applicant shall be required to comply with all rules and regulations as if no previous license had been issued.
