Medley breaks ground in the Johns Creek Town Center

Medley, the 43-acre mixed-use community in the Johns Creek Town Center, is officially under construction!

Johns Creek City Council, Fulton County Commissioner Bridget Thorne, and Sen. Brandon Beach joined Toro Development Company representatives to mark the beginning of Medley’s construction with a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday.

Located at the corner of McGinnis Ferry Road and Johns Creek Parkway, Medley will encompass 150,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, a 175-key boutique hotel, 110,000 square feet of lifestyle office, 750 multifamily residences, 133 townhomes, and an activated 25,000-square-foot plaza.

Medley represents an important part of Johns Creek’s 192-acre Town Center Vision and Plan, which will weave together quality housing, restaurants, retail and offices through new public pathways and parks.

“A Johns Creek town center was once considered little more than a dream,” said Mayor John Bradberry. “With Boston Scientific almost complete, Creekside Park construction in full swing, and now the official launch of Medley as the premium mixed-use linchpin, our town center is quickly becoming a reality. I’m looking forward to enjoying all that Medley will have to offer with friends and family.”

Announced retailers for Medley include a neighborhood grocer, Sephora, Rena’s Italian Fishery & Grill, High Country Outfitters, BODYROK, Petfolk, Ford Fry’s Little Rey, CRÚ Food & Wine Bar, Fadó Irish Pub, Summit Coffee, Lily Sushi Bar, Knuckies Hoagies, Cookie Fix, Sugarcoat Beauty, BODY20, AYA Medical Spa, 26 Thai Kitchen and Bar, Five Daughters Bakery, Drybar® Shops, Minnie Olivia, Burdlife, Amorino, Pause Studio, Fogón and Lions and Clean Your Dirty Face.

Construction is expected to be complete in October 2026.
