How can we help you?

Johns Creek invites students to get creative, participate in Mayor’s Community Art Competition

Mayor John Bradberry and the City of Johns Creek invite elementary, middle, and high school students in the city to join in showing us your art creations.

*The deadline for art submissions was Monday, April 8, 2024. Thank you to all who participated!*

Johns Creek’s Mayor wants to help students showcase what they love about their hometown!

Participants submit 2D art pieces that can be paintings, drawings, multimedia, photography, or digital illustrations. The theme was chosen to encourage students to explore what they see in the community and use imagination to showcase Johns Creek.

How it works

  • Theme: “This Is My City!” Get inspired by the community through people, the parks, and more to create a masterpiece
  • Digitize your file by taking a (horizontal) picture or scanning it
  • Submit your work using online form
  • Art Due: Monday, April 8, 2024

A variety of submissions may be featured on the City’s social media channels and website. The winning selections (one each from an elementary, middle and high school student) will be selected by Mayor Bradberry, and recognized at a future City Council meeting.
