Kay Love, Assistant City Manager

Kay serves as an Assistant City Manager of the City of Johns Creek. She holds an MBA from Columbus State University and is an active member of the Georgia City-County Management Association (GCCMA), where she previously served as president, and the International City-County Management Association (ICMA).

Joining Johns Creek in October 2024, Kay supports the City Manager in advancing the city’s strategic priorities. She brings extensive experience in local government and consulting, with notable roles including Municipal Operations Consultant and Nonprofit Managing Director for the Georgia Municipal Association, City Administrator and Deputy City Administrator for the City of Roswell, and Finance Director for the Columbus, GA Consolidated Government.
