Chris Haggard, Assistant City Manager

Chris Haggard serves as an Assistant City Manager for the City of Johns Creek.  He has attained a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Florida and is a Professional Engineer.  He is an active member of the Georgia City-County Management Association (GCCMA) and the International City-County Management Association (ICMA).

Chris has been with the City of Johns Creek since 2013 and supports the City Manager in advancing the city’s strategic priorities.  Prior to being promoted as Assistant City Manager in December 2024, Chris used his extensive experience delivering projects and programs for Johns Creek as Public Works Director for the City.  Prior to Johns Creek, Chris worked for Jacobs Engineering as a Project Manager.
