Larry DiBiase is a seasoned executive and civic leader with a proven record of guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and strategic realignment. His expertise spans business development, financial oversight, and operational leadership, with a track record of driving corporate turnarounds, M&A integration, and value creation across both domestic and international markets.
Currently serving on the Johns Creek City Council, Larry champions transparency, fiscal responsibility, and long-range community planning. Since his election in 2021, he has actively led and supported initiatives such as co-chairing the Storm water Task Force, helping to shape policy with a focus on sustainability and citizen engagement.
Larry also serves on the Board of the Entertainment Tourism Alliance of Georgia (ETAG), where he works to expand Georgia’s presence in the film and music industries, recognizing their economic potential for tourism and job growth. His advocacy emphasizes the intersection of arts, business, and economic strategy.
With over 13 years in real estate, Larry is the Principal Broker of SparkPoint, LLC, a firm he founded after gaining deep industry experience in residential, commercial, and land investments. Prior to SparkPoint, he was an Associate Broker at Keller Williams, where he built a successful practice focused on client-centered value and long-term asset growth.
Earlier, Larry held senior executive roles in the tech and telecom sectors, including Senior Vice President of Sales for an international telecom provider. There, he led global sales and product strategy, managing market alignment and change management for high-impact corporate initiatives. His leadership directly contributed to successful expansions, turnarounds, and increased shareholder value.
Larry’s business career includes international work in over 30 countries. At Melita International, he developed and led sales operations across the Southern U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America—designing and executing regional growth strategies in multicultural business environments.
He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Canisius University and a B.A. in Geography: International Business and World Trade from the University at Buffalo. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia.
A resident of Fulton County for 37 years and Johns Creek for over 31 years, Larry and his wife of 25 years raised their two children locally, both graduates of Northview High School. Outside of work, Larry enjoys road cycling, completing the Three Gap Mountain Challenge, testing his
driving skills in motorsports, and mountaineering—having climbed several of the world’s highest peaks.
