Join us for Girl Scouts Day at Autrey Mill Nature Preserve, a hands-on, interactive event where Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors can complete the activity requirements for one Journey Award in one day while exploring nature! Journey award activities Offered Daisies: Between Earth and Sky Brownies: WOW! Wonders of Water Juniors: Get Moving! Skip the line and get your ticket today! The cost is $15 per Girl Scout, a $10 savings! (Proceeds support camp scholarships!). Complete the activities for a Journey award! Each Journey award includes five tasks designed as interactive games, lessons, and play-based activities. No strict order! Girl Scouts can visit activity stations at their own pace between 11 AM and 3 PM. Older Girl Scouts (Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors) are encouraged to volunteer as activity leaders to fulfill service and leadership requirements towards awards like the Community Service Bar or other service requirements for school groups. This is a fantastic way for Girl Scouts of all ages to learn, lead, and explore while working towards their Journey Award. We can’t wait to see you there! Autrey Mill Nature Preserve does not provide physical badges for the Journey Awards, but all activities will count towards earning them. Prior Registration is requested but not required.
