How to Pay Your Stormwater Bill Online

Visit the City’s payment portal www.johnscreekga.gov/stormwater and follow the steps below. 

Step 1:

Click “Log in or Register” (recommended method) or Pay as Guest.

Step 2:

You will see the following screen if you choose Pay as Guest. Input your invoice number and year and select “Find Invoice.”

If you don’t have your Invoice Number or Invoice Year, click the statement, “Browse general billing public records.”

Step 3:

Click “Advanced Search.” This will bring up more search options.

Step 4:

Enter your Customer ID in the bottom left box. Leave all other boxes blank. Click “Search.”

Step 5:

This will pull up your account address information. Click the arrow to view your balance summary and make a payment.

How to pay your stormwater bill by check:

Please make your check payable to the City of Johns Creek and include your Customer Number (#) in the memo of your check; then mail to:
