Deb Coble is the department’s Communications Lieutenant and Public Information Officer (PIO) in the Office of the Chief. She began her law enforcement career in 1995 with the Fulton County Police Department. She has served in Uniform Patrol, Criminal Investigations, and Narcotics Investigations.
Lieutenant Coble is an inaugural member of the Johns Creek Police Department. She served as the Sergeant over the Community Policing Unit, Team Leader for the North Metro Hostage Negotiations Unit, and Interim Lieutenant over the Special Operations Unit before her official appointment to Lieutenant in May 2021.
Lieutenant Coble holds a Master’s in Public Safety Administration from Columbus State University.
Fun Fact: Lieutenant Coble designed the police department’s badge, patrol car graphics, and patch, which was used to create the Johns Creek City Seal.
