Life Sciences
Johns Creek is home to a vibrant life sciences sector that includes over 700 professional, scientific, and technical services companies. Among them are such nationally renowned businesses as Alcon, the largest eye care device company in the world.
Governor Brian Kemp recently announced that Johns Creek has been selected as the future home of Boston Scientific’s new state-of-the-art research and logistics facility. The new location will feature an 8,000 square-foot pathology laboratory.
Johns Creek’s life sciences sector continues to attract new jobs. In 2021, the number of life sciences jobs increased to more than 4,000 employees.
Healthcare
The City of Johns Creek is home to one of Metro Atlanta’s largest concentration of healthcare companies.
