The Johns Creek Building Division administers and enforces the mandatory Georgia State Minimum Codes for Construction, as adopted and amended by Georgia’s Department of Community Affairs.
The City also enforces the City of Johns Creek Code of Ordinances and applicable State and Fulton County regulations.
