Facility Rentals  

Beautiful, well-maintained park pavilions can be reserved for private use for a nominal fee. Tennis courts are also available for reservation. Community rooms will be available in the near future.

All rental facilities are rented on a first come, first served basis.

Newtown Community Clubhouse

Renovated in 2009, the Newtown Park Community Clubhouse can be rented to host meetings and small social gatherings. It includes:

• Meeting room (approximately 28 ft x 28 ft)
• One ADA restroom
• Small room with sink
• Five 6-foot tables
• Fifty chairs
• Maximum occupancy 75

Pavilions

• 1C: Upper playground - 2 picnic tables, 25 people
• 1D: Lower playground - 2 picnic tables, 25 people
• 1E: Pond - 2 picnic tables, 25 people
• All other pavilions are available on a first come, first served basis.

• #1: Front of playground - 6 picnic tables, 50 people
• #2: Right of playground - 4 picnic tables, 25 people
• #3: 4 picnic tables, 25 people

• #1: Near trail head - 2 picnic tables, 20 people
• #2: Left of playground - 2 picnic tables, 20 people
• #3: Right of playground - 2 picnic tables, 20 people
