5K rubberized trail

The 3.1-mile rubberized trail, constructed in partnership with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Program, is one of the first in the southeast, further enhancing Johns Creek as a leader in health, wellness, and innovation. Along the trail, you’ll find views of the Chattahoochee River, sports courts, athletic fields, playground, and open park space. The trail also leads across the Rogers Bridge pedestrian crossing over the Chattahoochee River into Rogers Park in Duluth/Gwinnett County.

Sports Courts & Athletic Fields

Pickleball, basketball, futsal, and volleyball courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Athletic fields (synthetic turf and grass) and the cricket batting cages are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Courts and fields are available for rentals.

Rogers Bridge Pedestrian Crossing

The Rogers Bridge pedestrian crossing project included disassembling and removing the existing steel bridge structure. The new pedestrian bridge opened in 2023 and is reconstructed in the same location as a replica of the original, which provides pedestrians with a connection across the Chattahoochee River to Duluth/Gwinnett County.

River Overlooks

Enjoy the views of the Chattahoohee River from river overlooks accessible from the 5K rubberized trail.

Playground

Children of all ages can enjoy climbing the playground and swinging on swings near the athletic fields.
