Home Safety

Did you know you are most likely to experience a fire in your home than anywhere else? Do you know where your smoke detectors are located in your home? When was the last time you checked them? If you can't answer these questions, Johns Creek residents can take advantage of the JCFD's home safety inspections.

Johns Creek Fire Department Home SafetyUpon request, firefighters are available to visit Johns Creek residences for home safety inspections Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Each inspection is approximately 45 minutes.

Please review the Home Fire Safety brochure and complete this checklist prior to firefighters arriving at your home. They will review your answers, look for fire hazards and inspect smoke detectors.

To schedule an inspection, submit the online Inspect Home Safety form or call 678-474-1641.
