. 3. Speaking in-person during the public comment portion of the regular meeting.
The work session begins at 5 p.m. and the regular meeting starts at 7 p.m. The meetings will be held at City Hall, 11360 Lakefield Drive. Note: Public comments submitted via the online form or email will be accepted until the start of the second public comment opportunity during the regular meeting. (the second public comment opportunity start time varies each meeting due to the length of the meeting agenda discussions.) Please provide your name and address along with your comments for the record. Public Comments submitted electronically will be read aloud by the city clerk during the live-streamed City Council Meeting.
