Health, Wellness, & Innovation 5K

Lace up your sneakers for the Johns Creek Health, Wellness & Innovation 5K and Wellness Fair presented by Emory Johns Creek Hospital on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023 at Cauley Creek Park!

Prizes, donated by Running Warehouse, will be for the following:

First place male/female: $100 & Running Warehouse hat
Second place male/female: $50 & Running Warehouse hat
Third place male/female $25 & Running Warehouse hat

Medals for the following:

Overall male & female
Masters male & female
Top three male & female in the following age groups:
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60+

As a leader in health, wellness, and innovation, Johns Creek is committed to providing opportunities to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into the everyday. The newly-constructed and innovative Cauley Creek Park 5K trail features a durable, rubberized material made from recycled tires. The trail design promotes wellness by offering a soft surface that helps reduce stress on the joints of walkers, joggers, and runners.

The pervious material allows for better infiltration of water when compared to other materials such as concrete.

The race takes place at the newly-opened, 203-acre Cauley Creek Park, located at 7255 Bell Road, and will feature a Wellness Fair.

Publix Pharmacy will administer free flu shots. You must bring your insurance card in order to get a flu shot.
