Rogers Bridge Replacement Project

The Rogers Bridge Replacement project included disassembling and removing the existing steel bridge structure. The new pedestrian bridge is reconstructed in the same location as a replica of the original, which provides pedestrians with a connection across the Chattahoochee River to Duluth/Gwinnett County.

The replacement is a replica of the former bridge and is accessible by one of the City’s latest innovative park projects, the Cauley Creek Park 5K rubberized trail. As one of the first in the southeast, the 3.1-mile trail is another example of how our community is a leader for health, wellness, and innovation.

You can access the bridge through Cauley Creek Park, 7255 Bell Road.
