Johns Creek launches Customer Self-Service Portal

September 19, 2022

The City of Johns Creek has launched its new Customer Self-Service (CSS) Portal, which makes it easier for customers to submit permit requests and pay fees online.

In the CSS Portal, customers can:
  • Apply for permits and upload documents & plan drawings
  • Request inspections
  • Track the status of application(s)
  • Pay fees, including business tax renewals
“Customer service is a top priority, and the CSS Portal allows for a streamlined process for managing permit applications, inspection requests, or paying fees,” said City of Johns Creek Community Development Director Ben Song. “The portal is a convenient way for customers to conduct business with the city.”

Users can access the CSS Portal from the city website: www.JohnsCreekGA.gov/CSS. Customers and contractors must create a user account, which is required to submit applications, make payments, and conduct other business.

Customers are encouraged to use the CSS Portal, but the city will accept hardcopy permit and plan submittals during this transition period through the end of the year.
