Movie Night returns to Newtown Park on Friday, Oct. 23

Movies at Newtown ParkThe City of Johns Creek is excited to announce the return of Movies at Newtown Park! On Friday, October 23, family and friends can enjoy a movie under the stars featuring the 2019 animated hit, The Addams Family (PG). Gates open at 6:45 p.m. Movie begins after sunset.

Get ready to snap your fingers! The spooky and kookie members of the Addams family -- Gomez, Morticia, Pugsley, Wednesday, Uncle Fester and Grandma are back! Join them as they prepare for a visit from their even creepier relatives. But trouble soon arises when shady TV personality Margaux Needler realizes that the Addams' eerie hilltop mansion is standing in the way of her dream to sell all the houses in the neighborhood.

Seating will be made available in large “group pods.” The pods will be clearly marked. No seating will be available outside of marked areas. Attendees must wear a mask at all times except when in their designated area. No congregation will be allowed outside of designated pods. Space is limited.

Movies at Newtown Park are free. Food will be provided by the food truck, Fair on Wheels. Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, blankets, and chairs. Alcohol and pets are prohibited. 

Entrance is prohibited if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, have any flu-like symptoms, been in contact with a COVID-19 patient or person suspected to have COVID-19. Hand sanitizer stations will be available around the event.
