The City of Johns Creek’s first TSPLOST project – Bell Road at McGinnis Ferry Road – is now complete.
City staff and City Council member Brian Weaver marked the project completion with a ribbon cutting ceremony July 29.
The TSPLOST project included:
- A right turn lane extension on northbound Bell Road at McGinnis Ferry Road
- Addition of through-lanes on McGinnis Ferry Road through its intersection with Bell Road
“Our Public Works Department continues to provide innovative solutions to improve safety and traffic flow throughout the city,” said Mayor Mike Bodker. “We’re excited to have completed our first TSPLOST project and look forward to more TSPLOST project progress in Johns Creek.”
Other TSPLOST projects currently under construction in Johns Creek include the State Bridge Road widening (from the Chattahoochee River to Camden Way), and the Bell Road at Medlock Bridge Road intersection improvements.
