Exercise provides a wide variety of health benefits, including increased energy, focus, and better overall physical health. These sessions, beginning the week of March 4, offer Yoga, Zumba, and more for beginners to experts.
Classes are 60 minutes long and meet once a week for seven weeks beginning the week of March 4 through the week of April 22. The seven-week session is $44 for residents and $66 for non-residents.
NEW! Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is an easy-to follow class for anyone, any age, and with any ability. You will perform traditional Zumba moves but at a repetitive pace. Zumba Gold is a great workout and as much fun as any Zumba Fitness classes, just not as fast! Typical rhythms may include, Salsa, Merengue, ChaCha, Cumbia, Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Tango, and Bollywood. Strive to improve strength, balance, flexibility and aerobic fitness.
Registration begins Feb. 1 and ends Feb. 22.

- Monday 6:15 p.m. – Monday Movement Yoga
- Thursday 6:15 p.m. - Slow, Flow & Stretch Yoga
- Friday 8:15 a.m. – Friday Fitness Flow Yoga
- Monday 11:30 a.m. – Dance Fitness
- Monday 5 p.m. – Zumba Gold (NEW!)
- Tuesday 10:30 a.m. – 20/20/20: Cardio, Strength & Core/Stretch
- Wednesday 5:30 p.m. – Zumba
NOTE: There will be no classes April 1 – April 7 (Fulton County Spring Break)
All sessions are taught by certified instructors and are held at the Newtown Community Clubhouse located at Newtown Park at 3115 Old Alabama Rd. Participants must be at least 16 years old.
