Wienermobile joins the Founders Day Parade lineup

WienermobileThe popular Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will return to the Johns Creek Founders Day Parade on Dec. 1, joining dozens of community organizations, groups, businesses, and schools who will march down State Bridge Road in the annual event.
 
There’s still time to enter your group in the 12th annual Founders Day Parade / Kickoff to the 2018 North Fulton Holiday Season. The application is available online and will be accepted through Monday, Nov. 5. This year’s theme is “Happy Holidays!”
 
The Founders Day Parade is a celebration of the City’s incorporation in 2006. The 1.4-mile long parade has grown in popularity with thousands of spectators lining the parade route on State Bridge Road.
 
This year’s lineup also includes the Yaarab Shriner Members, Cub Scout packs, marking bands, homeowner associations, local school teams, and the National Corvette Restoration Society, among others.
 
When you do your planning, please remember that there's only one Santa, and he rides in a fire truck at the end.
