Free Outdoor Fitness continues at Newtown Park Amphitheater and Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. Looking to try something new or you just enjoy working out in a fun outdoor atmosphere, the FREE Outdoor Fitness classes are a great workout. Classes include outdoor: Zumba, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Bar-less Barre classes. Certified instructors teach these popular classes and all fitness levels are welcome.
The free group classes begin at 9 a.m. and are one hour.

||Sept. 24 - Tai Chi
|Oct. 1 - Yoga
||Oct. 8 - Barless Barre
|Oct. 15 - Zumba
||Oct. 22 - Tai Chi
|Oct. 22 - Yoga
All participants must bring their own yoga mats, there is no equipment needed for the Zumba classes. Participants under the age of 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
