Fire Safety is important at home and your place of business. Everyone should know the basics of how to prevent fires at home, the workplace and what to do in case of fire.

The National Fire Protection Association has  a number of Safety Tip Sheets to learn what steps to take to ensure homes and businesses are fire-safe.

Safety topics include:

  • Causes:  Cooking, candles, heating, smoking and electrical.
  • Fire & Safety Equipment:  Smoke alarms, home fire sprinklers and carbon monoxide detectors
