Permits: The Permits Directory is a consolidated list of the various permits (building, fence, pool, sign, etc.) issued by the Community Development department, which division to contact and the forms to request them.
Community Development staff strive to ensure land development and zoning regulations are fairly administered with courtesy and respect, consistent with the policies and goals established by the City Council and the adopted Comprehensive Plan.
The department assists the citizens of Johns Creek and its development community, the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Construction Board of Appeals and the City's elected officials while managing zoning and long-range planning, permitting, inspections, code enforcement and other activities in support of the City's vision, mission and goals.
