​To keep major roads clear of ice and snow, Johns Creek is supplementing its spreader trucks with two motor-graders and a bladed truck. As of 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, roads in Johns Creek are increasingly slick but still open. City crews are concentrating on keeping major roads navigable.

As of 6 p.m. Wednesday, Johns Creek Police patrol officers report that road conditions are deteriorating throughout the City. The frozen precipitation that has fallen most of the day is now falling at a faster rate. That, combined with falling temperatures as evening arrives, will increase the risks of driving anywhere tonight.
